  • Carry hand sanitiser available to passengers.
  • Stay home when unwell โ€” we have a strict no-symptoms-on-shift policy.

What we ask of passengers

  • Don't travel if you have symptoms of an infectious illness โ€” contact us to reschedule free of charge.
  • Open windows where comfortable for ventilation.

Our cancellation flexibility

If you test positive within 48 hours of your booking, we'll waive cancellation fees on production of evidence.
